What does “Research Use Only” (RUO) mean? 

RUO products are intended solely for laboratory research. They have not been tested or approved for use in humans or animals, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

Who can buy from Coreperformancelabs?

 Researchers, laboratories, universities and companies conducting research. Buyers must be 18 or older. We may request additional information about your organization or research purpose before processing an order.

Can I use the products on myself, my children or my pets?

 No. The products are not for consumption, injection or administration to humans or animals. We decline orders where we suspect this is the intended use.

Do you give dosing or human-use advice?

 No. We provide no dosing guidance, no human-use instructions and no medical information. For research questions, please consult the scientific literature.

What quality documentation do I receive?

 Each batch comes with a certificate of analysis (COA) showing purity as determined by [HPLC / mass spectrometry]. Only state what you actually test, and who performs the testing.

How should I store the products?

 Follow the storage instructions on the label and product sheet, for example [lyophilized, at -20 °C, protected from light]. Adjust per product.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?

We ship to most European Countries. Delivery usually takes [2-5] business days.

Which payment methods do you accept? 

Payments are processed by [Stripe / payment provider]: [card, iDEAL, Bancontact]. Prices are in euros. Depending on your country, taxes (such as VAT) and import duties may apply and are shown at checkout or charged on delivery.

Can I pay with card and still get the 10% crypto discount?

Yes. Use Pay with Crypto or Card – RECOMMENDED. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay via PayRam. One-time security verification (2 min ID check) is required. After that, instant payments, no SWIFT fees, and you get 10% off. Tip: For USDC, choose Base network (lowest fees, instant).

How do I complete my payment using PayRam?

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. For every 5 units of the same product you order, we add 1 additional unit to your shipment free of charge. The extra unit is the same product from the same batch and is added when we pack your order. It is not shown as a discount at checkout.

Can I return my order?

 Damaged or incorrect items are covered by our returns policy. For quality reasons we do not accept returns of opened or improperly stored research products.
