Terms and Conditions

1. Scope.
These terms apply to all offers, orders and deliveries by Core Performance Labs LLC, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States (“we”, “us”). By placing an order, you accept these terms.
2. Research use only.
Our products are intended solely for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not medicines, dietary supplements, foods or cosmetics, and are not intended for use in humans or animals. It is prohibited to consume, inject, administer, repackage for consumption, or resell them for human or animal use.
3. Who may buy.
Only persons aged 18 or older purchasing as researchers or on behalf of a research institution or company. We may request additional information about your organization or research purpose, and we may refuse or cancel any order if we doubt the intended use.
4. Buyer’s responsibility.
The buyer is responsible for safe handling, correct storage, and compliance with all laws and regulations governing the purchase, import, possession and use of the products in their country or region.
5. Prices and payment.
Prices are in euros. Depending on your country, taxes (such as VAT) and import duties may apply and are shown at checkout or charged on delivery. Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered at checkout. We process orders only after receiving payment.
6. Delivery.
See our Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to the buyer on delivery.
7. Quality.
We supply products according to the specifications on the product page and the certificate of analysis (COA) of the batch. Report any quality complaint within [48 hours] of receipt via [email protected], with your order number, batch number and photos.
8. Returns and refunds.
Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted, unless your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item. In that case, contact us within [48 hours] of receipt with your order number, batch and photos, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you. Because our products are sold only to researchers and businesses for professional research use, no statutory right of withdrawal applies.
9. Liability.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for damage resulting from use in breach of these terms, in particular any use in humans or animals.
10. Intellectual property.
All content on our website remains our property or that of our licensors.
11. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
