Shipping & Returns

Shipping.

We ship to most EU countries. Orders placed before [2 PM CET] on business days usually ship the same day. Delivery typically takes [2-5] business days, depending on the destination. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Temperature-sensitive products.

Products are packed according to their storage instructions. Please check your parcel on arrival and store the products immediately as instructed on the label and product page.

Taxes and import duties.

Prices are in euros. Depending on your country, taxes (such as VAT) and import duties may apply and are shown at checkout or charged on delivery. The buyer is responsible for any customs clearance and compliance with local regulations.

Damaged or incorrect items.

Please check your order on arrival. If your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item, contact us within [48 hours] of receipt at [email protected] with your order number, and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Returns.

Due to the nature of our products, returns are not accepted, unless your order arrived damaged or we sent you the wrong item (see above). Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we have reviewed your claim.

Not delivered.

If your parcel has not arrived within [x] business days after the expected delivery time, email us at [email protected] and we will investigate with the carrier.
