Refund Policy

Due to the sensitive and temperature-sensitive nature of our research products, Core Performance Labs LLC does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

Exceptions may only apply in the following cases:

• The item arrives damaged or defective

• The item does not correspond to the order (wrong product shipped)

• The package is lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographic evidence. 

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 10 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item (if applicable). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our side.
